About Us

Your goal is my goal

In my 6+ years working in the fitness industry as an AFAA certified personal and group trainer, I have worked in many gyms – from big chains to smaller boutique studios. I have worked one on one with clients and taught group classes with up to 50+ people. And in all that time, there has been one constant:


I love training. I love helping people reach their fitness goals – no goal is too small. At Build and Burn, your goal becomes my goal! You have a wide variety of training options available to help you reach that goal – group training, private training, virtual training, even small group training with you and a few of your friends. 

Build and Burn is for everyone!

Maybe you’re just starting your fitness journey or maybe you’re someone who’s been on your journey for a long time and are looking for that extra push. 


Whether you need some modifications due to injury/fitness level or you want to take every exercise I throw at you to the next level, I am here for you! I have extensive training in working with ALL body types, fitness levels, injuries, ages, skill levels.  
 

Classes

Mondays are STRONG Nation – a HIIT cardio, strength and abs workout using your own bodyweight that will push you to your absolute limit!


Wednesdays and Fridays are strength training days. A new strength program every time! I use a variety of formats (circuit training, tabata, HIIT, etc) and equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, bodyweight, resistance bands, BOSU, etc.).


Thursdays are Cardio & Core days


Classes are 50 minutes long and I don’t like to waste your time. You are there to work and I promise, you will work! You just have to bring your awesome attitude and willingness to work hard to achieve your goal.
