I strongly suggest booking your class beforehand. However, if you forgot to do that and still want to come to class - just show up!
Signing up with Momence really is the simplest, most convenient way to book a class. However, if you're having issues with signing up through Momence, give me a call or shoot me an e-mail so we can figure this out!
It's a good idea to bring water and a small towel. Mats are available for you to use at the gym but if you'd rather bring your own, you are welcome to do so!
Yes! All skill/fitness levels are welcome! Build and Burn is a supportive environment for you to start strength training. I believe that fitness is open to everybody and absolutely essential to your health and happiness. If this is your first time, we start slow and modify where needed. Unable to go to the floor for pushups or planks? No problem! Unable to jump or do any high impact exercises? No problem! Modifications and alternatives will be given so that you're still getting a GREAT workout at your PACE!
Cancel Class: All cancellations must be made one hour prior to class start time to avoid being charged for the class.
If you booked a single session, you can cancel the class online in your Ribbon dashboard and you will receive credit for the dollar amount towards a future class.
If you booked class using a subscription/pack, you can cancel the class online in your Ribbon dashboard and the class will automatically be added back to your subscription/pack.
No Show: if you do not arrive prior to class start time, your spot may be given to a standby member and you will be charged for the class.
