Personal Training is perfect for the person who doesn't love working out with a group but needs the motivation and accountability of working out with a live trainer. These sessions will be specifically tailored to meet your goals. I want a personal trainer but it's too expensive

We offer a range of options such as Partner Training, Virtual Training and Small Group Training. These options (described below) are all more cost effective ways to work with a personal trainer.

  • Partner Training: Working out with your best friend, mom, brother, husband, wife, etc. can be so motivating and super fun. These sessions will be tailored to both of you and your individual goals.
  • Virtual Training: This is perfect for those who need flexibility in their schedule. Need to work out at 5am or 9pm and want someone to hold you accountable? You get all the benefits of a personal trainer, with more flexibility and at a more affordable rate! 
  • Small Group Training: Do you have a small group of friends or family that you like to work out with? Let's set it up! I'll lead you and your friends through a one hour strength session. Ideal for 3-7 people.  

Location

For any of the personal training options, the location is up to you! It can be the gym, your home, backyard, a park, a track, etc. It really depends on your goals and the most convenient way to make fitness a part of your busy life.
