We offer a range of options such as Partner Training, Virtual Training and Small Group Training. These options (described below) are all more cost effective ways to work with a personal trainer.
For any of the personal training options, the location is up to you! It can be the gym, your home, backyard, a park, a track, etc. It really depends on your goals and the most convenient way to make fitness a part of your busy life.
