Mondays are STRONG Nation days – a HIIT cardio, strength and abs workout using your own bodyweight that will push you to your absolute limit!
Wednesdays and Fridays are Strength Training. A new strength program every time! I use a variety of formats (circuit training, tabata, HIIT, etc) and equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, bodyweight, resistance bands, BOSU, etc.).
Thursdays are Cardio & Core. A fun new cardio program every week (kickboxing, step, obstacle course, etc.) followed by targeted core mat work.
